“Kasandra is extremely knowledgeable. We received her name through our real estate agent in St Louis. Her communication skills are impeccable. Our first meeting was through Zoom. Technology was spot on. We communicated through email, text, zoom, and phone calls. Communication was imperative being out-of-town clients. West Phoenix was the area we decided on and it happened to be a new build. This was not our first rodeo…this would be our 20th move and hopefully a final one! Although signing contracts can be a daunting process Kasandra made it easy for us. She read through the contract and highlighted parts we needed to be aware of. Our communication did not end with the signing of the contract. When it came to the walk-thru she had her blue tape in her hand marking things that needed to be addressed. We were still in St Louis trying to accomplish things at a distance and needed to know the measurements of our backyard to line up some landscapers. She went to the house and measured it and emailed us the results. Thats above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Kasandra for the above reasons and more. She is thorough, dependable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for welcoming us to Arizona.”

“Kassandra and Gabriel have sold us two homes now and we cannot thank them enough! This most recent experience was more complex, navigating selling our home with a contingent offer on the new home. They consistently went above and beyond for us, from recommending a wonderful broker, to negotiating a post-possession agreement and a credit for some repairs on our new home. It was very complex to us (not being very familiar with this process) but they were timely, thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Kassandra even picked me up from a tire shop to show me homes when my car got a flat on the way there.
